XYlink HQEE is a solid aromatic diol chain extender with symmetrical molecular structure. It is recommended applied with MDI-prepolymer. HQEE/MDI system has longer pot-life than MOCA/TDI and MOCA/MDI systems.

XYlink HQEE-L is para-substitution phenylether glycol mixture with 4-hydroxyethoxy-1-hydroxyethyl benzendiether as the main component. It is a homologue of the chain extender HQEE and could be considered as a liquid version of HQEE. HQEE-L has good operability than HQEE. It is suggested to be warmed 35-40℃ to get easy operability when it is frozen in winter. This product is applicable to medium hardness of elastomeric polyurethane products. The PU elastomers based on XYlink HQEE-L has good properties such as better elongation and flexure. The PU elastomers has good mechanical property and heat resistance than those based on aliphatic diol such as 1,4-butanediol.

XYlink HER is an aromatic diol chain extender with symmetrical molecular structure. Its structure regularity is less than its isomer HQEE because of two hydroxyethyl groups located on the benzene ring of 1,3-site (meta-). The melting point of HER is lower than HQEE, and the crystallization speed is slower than HQEE and MOCA. The pot-life of HER cured PU system is longer than that of butanediol system. The workability of XYlink HER is good.

XYlink HER-L is an aromatic diol used as chain extender of polyurethanes. It is a phenylether glycol mixture with 3-hydroxyethoxy-1-hydroxyethylbenzendiether as the main component. It is a homologue of the chain extender HER and could be looked as a liquid version of HER. It is suggested to be warmed above 25℃ to get easy operability, especially in winter. This product is applicable to medium hardness of elastomeric polyurethane products.
